DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE MANAGER

About the Opportunity

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited executive search partner of a well-established nationwide retail group with 100+ stores, is hiring a DIGITAL & E-COMMERCE MANAGER to lead and scale its omni-channel growth.

This role leads the company’s online growth and omnichannel execution—bridging e-commerce, digital marketing, and physical retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow e-commerce platforms (website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop)
• Drive performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, social commerce, SEO)
• Manage omnichannel initiatives (Click & Collect, store inventory visibility)
• Optimize UX, product listings, and conversion funnels
• Track and improve KPIs: sales, traffic, ROAS, AOV, conversion
• Collaborate with Brand, IT, Logistics, Inventory, and Store Operations
