Key responsibility: Develop & execute content strategy (not just post).

Salary: Rs 50K/month

What you'll do:

- Develop weekly content strategy

- Manage photographers + videographers + UGC creators

- Analyze engagement data + optimize

- Post reels/week to Instagram

- Reply to DMs + engage community

Must-have:

- 2+ years social media / content strategy experience

- Portfolio showing STRATEGY (not just posts)

- Can analyze engagement % + make data decisions

- Experience managing photographers, videographers, or content creators

- Familiar with jewelry/fashion/e-commerce
