Digital Client Success Associate

The role is operational in nature and entails working on multiple client accounts that need to be managed and grown over a period. • Assist the senior Client Servicing team members with delivering daily tasks on the allocated accounts
• Liaison with the creative teams to execute tasks as per defined worklist
• Research platforms and competition to develop ideas that help enhance value and drive results
• Coordination with vendors across digital marketing activities like paid media, website & app development and live amplification
• Participate in brainstorming and reviews to contribute with ideas to enhance the client value proposition
