Digital Banking Application Support Engineer – L2

We are looking for an L2 Application Support Engineer with strong experience in Digital Banking and Core Banking Applications. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing mission-critical banking applications built on Java and Oracle technologies, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 application support for Digital Banking and Core Banking Foundation applications.
Analyze and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Support applications built using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Work with Oracle databases, including SQL query analysis and performance tuning.
Handle XML-based integrations and service troubleshooting.
Perform shell scripting for automation, monitoring, and batch support activities.
