Digital Associate, Advisor Marketing

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

We’re looking for a digitally fluent, execution-oriented marketer to join our Advisor Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Associate. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisor Marketing, this role is the engine behind how our advisors show up online, owning website development, running lead generation campaigns, and helping translate advisor brands into marketing that actually works.

Responsibilities

• Own advisor website development end to end, from new builds and redesigns to ongoing updates and content refreshes, ensuring every site is on-brand, compliant, and built to convert.
• Use Figma and Canva templates to develop high-quality marketing and design assets, including social posts, digital graphics, presentations and advisor-facing materials.
• Track ad campaign performance and translate analytics into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
