Position Summary
This position manages complex infrastructure projects such as wireless upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, and Teams Voice deployments.
This role must have strong expertise in ServiceNow, change management, and vendor management, combined with the ability to provide comprehensive tier 1, 2, and 3 support.
This position must demonstrate exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills, along with a customer-first mindset and a positive, curious, and engaged attitude.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure projects including wireless network upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, Teams Voice implementation, and other related initiatives.
Provide end-to-end vendor management: coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
