Analyze data from the agency's digital platforms (, websites, social, apps, campaigns, etc.) to uncover insights, trends and opportunities for improvement and strategic direction. Translate analytical findings into clear narratives using visualizations and storytelling. Lead and facilitate business review meetings with stakeholders to understand business priorities, to share findings, and to recommend strategic actions.
