The IT & Digital Americas (AMS) Communications Manager plays a key role in strengthening the influence and impact of the IT & Digital team across the Americas. The Manager actively promotes the team’s mission to make technology the “first solve” for every business opportunity and challenge, while highlighting the team’s unique role in creating marketplace wins. The role also helps build a culture where our people fully embrace their role as business game changers who help Nestlé leverage data, analytics and technology for strategic advantage.
The Manager supports the Communications Director in developing and executing effective communications strategies and plans that achieve the desired outcomes. They also lead the creation of engaging and strategic messages and materials to support IT & Digital leaders in their interactions with key business stakeholders, including presentations, written communication, or one-on-one interactions.
