About the role
I'm recruiting for a growing, creatively-led B2B agency looking for a commercially minded Account Director to own day-to-day delivery, client relationships and growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand, digital and campaign work, drive profitability, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to new business and thought leadership.
What you'll do
Lead the day-to-day running of nominated client accounts, ensuring excellent service and on-time delivery.
Translate client briefs into clear plans, proposals and scoped projects, working with strategy, creative and production teams.
