Works under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager to provide nutritional care including (but not limited to): counseling to patients and their families, documenting and maintaining nutrition-related records, assessing nutrition status of patients and developing the patient plan of care, and acting as nutritional consultant to the health care team. Act as the patient advocate and serves as a liaison between the healthcare team, food service operations and the patient.
