**POSITION SUMMARY:**

**Provides direct medical nutrition therapy for hospitalized patients.**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ **Assess nutrition status of patients with moderate to complex medical condition.**
+ **Mange nutrition plan of care with moderate to complex medical condition.**
+ **Provides nutritional counseling.**
+ **Integrates data to provide medical nutrition therapy for patients with moderate to complex medical conditions.**
+ **Other duties as assigned.**
