Dietary Aide Full-time, Part-time, and Per diem

• Assists with food preparation under supervision and as assigned by supervisor.
• Participates in tray line production to ensure accurate assembly of trays so that condiments, meals, liquids, altered textures, therapeutic foods, and adaptive equipment on the trays match the specifications on the tray cards.
• Helps ensure timely delivery of assembled trays to dining rooms and nursing units.
• Utilizes dishwasher and pot washing sinks to ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cups, trays, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and dried.
• Demonstrates ability to use equipment in a safe manor to prevent injury of self or others in accordance to manufactures, and/or supervisors' directions.
