**Hiring Diesel Mechanics - Denver, CO**
The Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment is responsible for performing inspections, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of construction machinery. You’ll work both in the field (80%) using a company‑provided service truck and in the shop as needed. This role requires strong mechanical expertise, independence, and the ability to document all work with accuracy and professionalism.
**Work Environment:**
+ Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
+ Overtime available, often exceeding 60 hours per week
+ Start each day at the Lipan plant, serving a 50‑mile radius in Colorado
+ Approximately 80% field work using a company‑provided service truck
+ Fast‑paced, hands‑on environment supporting active construction operations
