Diesel Engine Mechanic & Entry Level Diesel Mechanic

**Job Title:** Diesel Engine Mechanic (Diesel Assistant Mechanic openings as well!)

**Location:** Commack, NY

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 1st shift

**Type of Position:** 6 month contract to hire, union once direct

**Pay Range:** $20/hr-$35/hr

**Job Description**

This position seeks an experienced Diesel Engine Mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience performing diesel engine replacements and repairs. You will work in a fast-paced body shop environment focused on buses, carrying out engine removals, diagnostics, and repairs with speed, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship while following established safety and shop procedures. (Entry level diesel OR auto mechanics welcomed to apply for Diesel Assistants!)
