**Job Title:** Diesel Mechanic

**Location:** Boston, MA

**Pay:** $25-$35/hr

**Type of Position:** 6 month contract to hire, union once direct

**Shift:** Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic to perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards. In this role, you will run diagnostics on vehicles and collaborate closely with other team members to achieve company goals. Automotive techs welcome to apply!

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and buses.
+ Conduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspections, tire rotations, and oil changes.
+ Maintain parts inventory and ensure cleanliness in the shop.
+ Collaborate with the repair team to diagnose vehicle problems and plan repairs.
