Die Maintenance Technician

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a Tier 1 automotive supplier with their search for a Die Maintenance Technician to join the team on a 1 year FTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying, and optimising injection moulding tooling to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and product quality. Key Duties: Maintenance & Repairs: Perform reactive and planned maintenance on press and injection moulding tooling in a fast-paced production environment.
Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Diagnose tooling failures and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Welding & Fabrication: Carry out repairs involving MIG, TIG, and ARC welding as required.
