Dialysis Head Nurse

Job Description

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and holds a valid PRC license
• At least three (3) years experience in Hemodialysis Unit
• Preferably with BLS, ACLS, IV Therapy, and RENAP Certification

Functions:

• Supervises, directs and evaluates the total implementation of the nursing care plan
• Maintains the unit's daily operations by ensuring adequate personnel, equipment and supplies
• Manages and guides the staff nurses in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
• Informs and reports to his/her superiors about the unit's condition and concerns
