Diagnostics Lead Engineer

Job Description
MediaTek is seeking an experienced Diagnostics Lead to drive the development, implementation, and validation of advanced diagnostic systems for automotive platforms. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering robust solutions across the vehicle lifecycle. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong collaboration skills.
Define and drive the overall diagnostic strategy for automotive platforms, ensuring alignment with industry standards (OBD-II, UDS, CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and safety regulations (ISO 26262).
Guide the development and implementation of diagnostic software for embedded ECUs and central computers, leveraging expertise in C, C++, Python, and modern automotive architectures.
