Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate technical issues and compile reports for Principal.

• Identify and report common technical problems for quality enhancement.

• Enhance customer service and repair quality through effective coordination and frontline management.

• Manage Type Approval submissions for new models/recall campaigns and compile monthly CCR results.

• Update warranty administration and owner/vehicle particulars for recall campaigns.

• Support daily workshop operations, including diagnostics and major repairs.
