The Opportunity

A well‑established commercial vehicle dealership seeks an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join its workshop team in Greater Belfast. This key role focuses on advanced fault finding and diagnostics across a modern fleet of commercial vehicles and vans.

The Role

• Carry out advanced diagnostics and fault finding on HGVs, LGVs, and LCVs
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues
• Support workshop technicians with complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct servicing, repairs, and system testing where required
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately complete diagnostic reports, job cards, and technical documentation
• Assist with identifying recurring faults and improving repair processes
