Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (CT)

Summary The Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Computed Tomography - CT) serves at an advanced level. The incumbent performs in the role of a multimodality technologist with a substantially full range of duties in general radiology and computed tomography at the Syracuse, NY VAMC. They must have advanced registry in CT by the ARRT in order to practice in this facility. THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT POSITION. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Ability to prioritize and triage all imaging requests in the CT and general radiology section of the Imaging Department. Independently performs general radiology, portable radiology, and O.R. radiology exams. Independently performs advance CT procedures such as Cardiac CT and Angiographic studies.
