Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist
Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Duties include but are not limited to:
- Makes necessary exposures, and prepares CT suite and equipment. Explain procedures to patients so that patients understand what is to be done as well as what hazards, if any, are possible.
- Perform computerized tomography of the head, neck, spine, chest and body with and without the use of contrast materials. Performs a spectrum advanced imaging examinations. Including biopsies, abscess drainages, ablations, cardiac angiography, brain perfusions, and virtual colonography. Performs routine radiology studies to the same high-standards that are required for CT.
- Possess specific knowledge of cross sectional human anatomy and its application in spiral, and/or, multi-slice computed tomography.
- Performs peripheral and visceral CT Angiography of the neurological, cardiovascular, abdominal systems and extremities. <...
