Diagnostic Imaging Tech Assistant

Collaborates with patient and patient's family to assist technologist in patient studies as needed by preparing room set-up, transporting patients within facility, and moving/lifting patients. The Tech Assistant performs non-technical duties in the Diagnostic Imaging Department including answering phones, reception of patients, obtaining patient histories, file room activities, and supply stock. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care.
