Our client is a well‑established industrial company specialising in high‑precision machine tools. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Diagnostic Engineer to join their technical support team in Biel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional with strong CNC troubleshooting experience who enjoys solving complex technical issues and supporting customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on CNC milling machines.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email and remote support tools.
• Analyse electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and CNC‑related faults.
• Interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve machine issues.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Document interventions and technical findings using SAP and internal systems.
