**Description**
**PeaceHealth is seeking a Diabetes Educator - Endocrinology for a Part Time, 0.80 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $44.11 – $66.17.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

This position is responsible for providing individualized or group, goal directed diabetes management and education for patients and their families according to the Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice, and Standards of Professional performance for Diabetes Educators.
**Essential Functions**
+ Collaboratively develops educational goals, learning objectives and a plan for education content and teaching methods for program participants.
