Act as the plant PVT SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Customer Care for resolving product quality concerns in field. Ensure Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilization concerns. Collaborate & Drive improvement project with Design Team, Manufacturing Quality & Supplier quality for taking timely action for closure of field concerns. Compilation and timely updation of lessons learnt from similar product families. Ensuring same are implemented for new product development as input for prevention of known issues.
