Mission:

Ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of SCID (CI/CD) and Kubernetes platforms by supporting users, maintaining operational stability, and implementing automation and DevSecOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

User Support – CI/CD & Kubernetes Support users in onboarding and daily usage of SCID and Kubernetes platforms Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues

Design and implement full or partial automation solutions

Create and maintain technical templates, including: Jenkins pipelines Ansible playbooks Platform Operations (MCO) – SCID & Kubernetes

Handle incidents related to platform availability and performance

Ensure platform stability, performance, and security

Define, propose, and present platform KPIs

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
