DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled mid‑level to senior developer to join a small, focused team dedicated to modernising our infrastructure and expanding our capabilities. Rather than just executing a predefined plan, you will have plenty of scope to provide input, guide technical decisions, and shape the technology we use moving forward. You will play a dual role in our evolution. First, you will help drive the migration of our legacy systems to a modern AWS/Hybrid architecture utilising containerisation. Second, you will be instrumental in the development of brand new, AWS‑native systems—specifically leveraging AWS Bedrock to support our growing suite of AI‑driven recruitment tools.
