Job Description
In this role, you will support infrastructure operations for a suite of software products by managing permissions, handling access requests via Slack, and troubleshooting one-off operational issues as they arise. You will assist with releases for new services and perform ongoing patching and maintenance across cloud infrastructure, primarily within an Amazon Linux environment. Using AWS services such as EC2 and Security Groups, along with Terraform for infrastructure as code, you will follow established configurations to build, modify, and maintain cloud resources.
