Role: DevOps Engineer for Telecom OSS Service Assurance (Mycom NetExpert)

Key Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for NetExpert configurations, correlation policies, adapters, and peripheral microservices (e.g., enrichment/ITSM bridges).
Operate and tune NetExpert northbound/southbound interfaces (from NEs/EMS/NMS and to ITSM).
Ensure reliable alarm normalization, enrichment (inventory/topology), rule execution, and auto‑ticketing per business policies (including deduplication, suppression, and prioritization).
Implement end‑to‑end observability: logs/metrics/traces for ingestion, correlation engines, enrichment services, and ticketing flows.
Maintain robust integrations to Inventory (for topology/resource context), ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow auto‑ticketing), and reporting/analytics platforms
Capacity‑plan and tune ingestion throughput, correlation ruleset...
