- Principal-level hands-on engineer delivering distributed, cloud-native systems
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes , especially stateful applications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EBS, IAM, VPC)
- Solid background in Golang or Java services and service modernization
- Experience with Kafka or similar distributed/streaming platforms
- Solid background with Helm, Operators, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong understanding of failure modes, scaling, and data durability
