 Fully configured and operational Prometheus instance on a RHEL Linux VM in Azure. 
  Monitoring Configuration: 
 Integrated and functional monitoring setup for Local SQL Databases, Azure API endpoints, LETS Metrics, and Azure 
  Log Analytics. 
  Documentation: 
 Detailed documentation of the setup, configurations, and procedures for client reference.
