Main Objectives and Activities :
Able to solve the Batch abends which Global Operations Support team cannot and able to escalate to the next level
Able to go to the root of the problem
Resolve non critical abends
Resolve conflicts in batch
Manages incidents & problems
Performs root cause analysis of issues and aims at reducing their occurrences
Spufi requests
Work closely with onsite and offshore application and IT teams
Co-ordinate with developers to fix the job for future
Create New jobs/Applications for developer
Create Calendars/ Run cycles as per the scheduling requirement
Deliver projects in UAT, Production
