Tap & Hop is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Device Assistance Officer to join our growing team in Kumasi. This role is ideal for someone skilled in troubleshooting, supporting device users, and ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for company devices and related hardware.

Assist Drivers with device setup, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
