In this role you will support individuals with disabilities by providing direct support on a one to one basis. You will partner with Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence and enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking a 1:1 Developmental Specialist with a commitment to compassion, teamwork and serving the community.
What You'll Do as a Developmental Specialists:
Implement Day Habilitation Service Plan (DHSP) objectives
Document individuals’ progress towards DHSP objectives
Assist individuals physically as necessary
