About the Role

We are building a structured early childhood ecosystem for children aged 0–3 years — combining developmental tracking, parent education, coaching, and guided home environments.

We are looking for a Developmental Psychologist to anchor the social-emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and attachment frameworks within the platform.

This is not a therapy-only role.

This is a systems + parent translation + early detection role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Developmental Framework Design

• Build and refine age-wise developmental maps (cognitive, language, executive function, emotional regulation).
• Align with global research and screening standards such as:
• American Psychological Association guidance on child development
• World Health Organization early childhood development indicators
• UNICEF nurturing care framework
• Design red-flag indicators for early social-emotional...
