Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are seeking a Development & Project Delivery Director to oversee their Asian portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Owning the end-to-end P&L of every project within the Asia Region

Overseeing all project phases, ensuring compliance with HQ guidance, guidelines, and strategy, and enabling smooth coordination across Development, Delivery, Sales, Leasing, and Marketing

Conducting market research and developing regulatory, technical, and financial feasibility reports for potential projects within the Asia region

Developing recommendations on project execution strategy such as JV, or sole company ownership, etc.

Creating and managing government relationships including getting requisite approvals

Liaising with Asset Management, Programme Management, Contract & Procurement, and other departments for project controls functions
