Responsibilities

• Assist a development crew to safe and successful results
• Assist to cycle a full round according to the mining plan
• Safely run jackleg and stoper with ease
• Construct and maintain underground installations as face advances

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Outstanding safety record
• Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Specialty Modules – Soft Rock experience not accepted
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating jackleg and stoper in Sill Development headings.
