Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships within the Personal Care & Cosmetics market.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, principals, and internal stakeholders to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging cosmetic ingredients to drive business opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver innovative and value-added solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetics industry, either in B2B (Raw Materials, Specialty Chemicals, Distributor) or B2C (Brand Owner, OEM/ODM, ...
