Job Description
The Deployment Manager is a critical customer touchpoint, managing many customer-facing activities and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and efficiency. In this role, you will help set up the first JLG Autonomous Solutions deployment center and develop the blueprints for how we onboard new customers. Over the course of the contract, you will help stand up our initial deployment processes and lay the groundwork for additional centers as the product line grows and expands, continuously improving and incorporating learnings along the way.
You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and shipment of customer equipment for initial deployments and any equipment replacements. In
addition, you will be responsible for managing the fleet of equipment, including repair activities and keeping the ERP system up to date. You will work closely with the engineering, operations, sales, and build teams to ensure that customer needs are met. This...
