We connect insurers, banks, garages, and regulators through a secure, auditable, bank-grade system — replacing manual, paper-based processes with intelligent automation. Think of us as the payment rails of insurance recovery.

The Role

You will lead Mosadad's entire engineering function in Bangalore. This is not a people-management-only role — you will be hands-on in architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery execution. You'll build and lead a team of 14 (4 backend, 4 frontend, 2 QA, 1 DevOps, 1 designer, 2 support) and own the technical delivery of a platform that processes real financial transactions across the UAE insurance industry.
