The Development Manager will report directly to the Executive Director, focusing on implementing NAWL’s fundraising strategy. Essential skills include non-profit fundraising experience, donor engagement, and the ability to diversify revenue streams. This contract position begins in mid-2026 and runs until March 2027 with possibilities for renewal based on funding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan key annual fundraising events and sponsorships
• Identify and pursue grants and other revenue opportunities
