The Development Manager leads Insight's AI Development team, a dedicated team of engineers, analysts, and designers responsible for delivering AI-powered solutions across Insight's lines of business. Unlike project-based consulting engagements, this team builds institutional knowledge and provides long-term development support for AI transformation initiatives — from intelligent automation and conversational AI to data-driven decision‑making tools. The Development Manager is accountable for team performance, technical standards, career development, and day-to-day delivery across one or more concurrent projects.
