Tasks:

• Characterization of MMICs and RFICs in the micro- and millimeter wave range (>100 GHz) - Carrying out on-wafer measurements using wafer probers (e.g. MPI) - Setup, operation and optimization of RF measuring stations (VNA incl. extender, probe stations, load-pull / noise if necessary) - Carrying out and evaluating S-parameter, power and linearity measurements (e.g. IP3, P1dB) - Application of calibration and de-embedding procedures (TRL, SOLT, LRM) - Analysis and interpretation of measurement results and deriv...
