• Hybrid role with flexible working options based in South Auckland
• Salary will be $88,528 to $114,000 plus 3.5% KiwiSaver contribution

Responsibilities

As a Land Development Engineer at Auckland Council, you will:

• Assess development proposals, building consents, infrastructure works, and engineering approvals.
• Work closely with Auckland Transport, Watercare, Healthy Waters, and Parks to support safe and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Building and Resource Consenting teams to ensure new infrastructure meets high standards.
• Engage with asset owners and specialists from across Council, the development sector, and Auckland’s leading consultancies.
