Development Coordinator

About the Role JD Development Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Development / Planning Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of development applications and approvals, working closely with municipal authorities, consultants, and internal teams to move projects forward efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track development applications including Official Plan Amendments (OPA), Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBA), Draft Plans of Subdivision, Site Plan Approvals (SPA), Committee of Adjustment applications (Minor Variance/Consent), Building Permits, and Condominium registrations Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, municipal authorities, utility providers, and internal teams to facilitate development approvals and meet project schedules Prepare and assemble municipal submission packages for various planning and permit approvals Manage post-construction matters including o...
