**Job Description:**

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

+ Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of special synthetic projects.
+ Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
+ Drive the development of new synthetic methods and processes.
+ Providetechnical guidance and support to team members.
+ Performs preliminary and in-process analytical work on reactions.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders toidentifyand explore new research opportunities.
+ Identifyand evaluate potential new project opportunities.
+ Analyze facts and make observations during reactionsand apply this information to resolve problemsin a timely manner.
+ Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
+ Ensure all laboratory activitiescomply withsafety protocols and regulatory requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
