Development Chef

About the position

The Development Chef will play an important role in crafting the selling stories, understanding the sales call before it happens and preparing the demo which encompasses strengths of the products, and specially driving price negotiations leading to the unique selling story of the products. You will lead these discussions internally to develop a training plan for all the resources and provide basic kitchen sales tools for ensuring mass level conversion. You will also lead the demonstration and sampling discussions with prospects and converting them to Blue Band Professional Service customers.
