Role Overview

The Development Analyst – India will support UHM’s expansion strategy by conducting market research, financial feasibility analysis, and deal evaluation for new hotel opportunities across India.

This role is analytical, commercially focused, and strategic — ideal for a candidate with strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
