The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Innovation and Technology Enablement, this role is responsible for the hands‑on development of a resident engagement application prototype using modern AI‑assisted and rapid development tools. The objective is to validate a scalable product concept through iterative delivery. Approximately 90 % of the role is focused on prototype development, while 10 % supports administration and enhancement of an existing platform.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, build, and iterate a resident engagement application prototype
